Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone and text to provide prompt, courteous assistance and setting up customer appointments.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Document customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management program) product or service information and processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Must be willing and able to follow phone scripts.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales skills, and meet team goals
• Advertise on social media to increase lead footprint Skills
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services effectively during interactions
• Exceptional customer support skills combined with excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficiency in general computer skills for efficient data management
• Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
• Attention to detail in data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills for maintaining precise records
