Overview

: Join Partners Personnel and represent a globally recognized luxury brand in a call center setting. As a Call Center CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, provide product support, and recommend additional items to enhance the shopping experience. Key

Duties

:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
• Assist with orders, returns, shipping, and product questions.
• Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
• Deliver excellent service and resolve concerns quickly.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Strong computer technical skills, must be able to type 30 WPM
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite applications
• Comfortable with technology and multi-tasking.
