Key Responsibilities

: Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to meet sales goals and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing excellent sales support and after-sales service. Oversee inventory management, ensuring that product displays and stock levels meet company standards. Cultivate and manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Actively address customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Implement sales strategies and assist the team in executing store promotions and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

: Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving sales, with a strong background in team management. Knowledge of products and market trends within the hair, beauty, and fashion categories. Strong customer relationship management skills, with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to lead by example and drive the store's sales performance. Language: English; mandarin Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
