Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who excels in both client experience and sales performance. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the beauty industry who understands the importance of client relationships, service recommendations, and tracking performance through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional, and high-energy attitude
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from arrival to checkout
• Educate clients on services, products, and promotions to drive sales
• Recommend add-ons and retail products confidently and effectively
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records and service history
• Track daily/weekly sales metrics and contribute to achieving team goals
• Handle transactions, including POS operations and cash management
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless client flow

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role (beauty industry preferred)
• Proven ability or comfort with sales, upselling, and meeting targets
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers/data tracking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and a client-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with booking systems, POS systems, and basic computer skills Preferred Experience
• Experience in salons, med spas, or other beauty/wellness environments
• Familiarity with CRM or booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Vagaro, Boulevard, etc.)
• Experience tracking KPIs such as retention rates, retail sales, or rebooking percentages What We Offer
