Job summary .Designs by TTOC Floral is a family-owned, Black-owned boutique floral design studio in Atlanta with over 20 years of expertise. We specialize in everything from daily office arrangements and monthly flower subscriptions to large-scale weddings, galas, fundraisers, and corporate events. Whether it's a single bouquet or a ballroom, we bring beauty and artistry to every occasion. The Role: We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to help grow our business. You'll be building relationships, opening new accounts, and closing deals across all the ways our clients celebrate life from recurring corporate subscriptions to show-stopping event contracts. What You'll Sell:

• Daily Floral Subscriptions HR and corporate accounts (weekly arrangements for offices)
• Monthly Subscriptions Recurring floral deliveries for subscribers
• Large Events Weddings, galas, fundraisers, corporate events
• Corporate Gifts & Weekly Contracts Ongoing business accounts

Compensation

:

• Base pay: $400 per week ($20,800/year)
• Daily Floral Subscriptions & Large Events: 10% commission on Gross Sales
• Monthly Subscriptions: 5% commission on recurring payments (first 18 months per client)
• Performance Bonus: $300 when monthly sales reach $10,000

Who You Are

:

• Experienced in outside sales or B2B account management
• Comfortable meeting clients on-site (offices, venues, event spaces)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Passionate about premium products and building long-term client relationships
