Allservices Frameless Glass Co specializes in providing and installing custom glass, shower enclosures, wine rooms, glass railing , and storefront across the greater Tampa/Central FL area. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service in every project we undertake.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates for glass projects, including storefronts, and custom glazing solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and present compelling proposals.
• Prepare detailed bids by reviewing blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine material quantities and costs.
• Collaborate with fabrication shops, suppliers, and installation crews to ensure project specifications are met efficiently.
• Assist in the sales process by following up with leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule installations and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, sales activities, and client communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably within the glass or glazing industry.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with hand tools, and the construction process in general.
• Experience working on construction sites with hands-on knowledge of heavy lifting and safety protocols.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with team members.
• Ability to use construction estimating software or spreadsheets effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.. Pay: $50,655.61 - $250,000.00 per year
