Full description of the position

We are looking for experienced door to door setters/canvassers to help us schedule free water tests in and around Atlanta. This is a pay per appointment position with no base pay.

Duties

: - Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote our free water testing program - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging with diverse communities. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service. Skills: - Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is REQUIRED. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a wider audience. - Strong supervisory skills for overseeing canvassing teams. - Familiarity with fundraising processes and electioneering practices is beneficial. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Pay: Here at Schanie we offer a competitive pay structure based on your performance. For every appointment you schedule that converts into a demo we pay $75! In addition to this, if one of your appointments sell, you will get an additional $150 bonus, paid after install! In addition to this, for the first 24 hours you work with us you will receive a base pay of $18/hour until you graduate initial training. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per week
