You will conduct energy and utility need assessments, analyze current usage, present cost-saving options, and guide customers through their service selection with clarity and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Working in this role involves interacting with business owners and customers to present cost-reduction energy solutions
• Perform accurate evaluations of current energy usage and billing to identify savings opportunities
• Process sales orders for businesses who are interested in reducing their monthly costs; Manage their accounts with care and precision for accuracy
• Explain clearly the monthly cost reduction for a clear understanding of what customers and businesses are to expect
• Deliver clear and compelling service presentations designed around customer needs, expectations, and long-term benefit
• Strengthen business and customer relationships to expand brand awareness within the Philadelphia energy market Customer Sales Associate

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or in a business / energy role
• Prior Customer Sales Associate experience is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain cost-saving benefits in a concise, confident manner with skills developed in this role
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Organized to manage multiple customer and business accounts
• Comfort interacting with customers regularly Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
