We specialize in premium Engineered Hardwood, Waterproof Laminate, SPC, and Vinyl Flooring products and proudly serve flooring retailers, contractors, builders, and dealers throughout the region. • Arbor & Ash Premium Engineered Hardwood Learn more about our brands: [please apply online] [please apply online] As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results- driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This is an outside B2B sales position responsible for managing an assigned territory, developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, installing showroom displays, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory throughout Southern California
• Develop new dealer, retailer, contractor, and builder accounts
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits
• Present new products, promotions, and sales programs
• Install and maintain showroom displays and merchandising racks
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer inquiries
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
• Represent AJ Trading professionally in the marketplace QualificationsRequired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent English communication skills Preferred
• Outside B2B sales experience
• Flooring, building materials, construction, or distribution industry experience
• Existing relationships within the flooring or construction industry
• Bilingual Korean-English or Spanish-English is a plus
