Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual who is familiar with window & door programs such as Paradigm and others . Must have extensive knowledge of windows, doors and building materials. Quick Books , Excel and any permitting experience is a major plus. Pay will be based on experience. Send resume DO NOT CALL.

Responsibilities

• Inside sales for our walk-in customers and call in.
• Help processing window & door quotes for our outside sales department
• Locating and ordering material for Sales & Remodel departments.
• Check multiple vendors determining the best price & lead time.
• Updating our Install calendar with weekly jobs
• Creating job folders, finding Florida Product Approval Codes & printing engineering installation instructions for each job
• Create estimates, purchase orders & invoicing in Quick Books
• Communicate effectively with customers and other members of the team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
