Ace Granite, a Granite/Quartz/Marble/Sinks wholesale supply company, is looking for a Receptionist/Customer service employee for our Jacksonville, FL location. Hours for this position are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10:00am - 3:00pm (2 per month). This Receptionist/customer service/sales rep employee will work inside the office greeting the customers and answering telephones. Will assist fabricators and their homeowners to help select our materials for their projects. Must have experience working in an office environment and previous face to face interactions with customers. In addition, 4 years sales experience is required. Other tasks include generating invoices for customers, collections, processing credit card payments, filing, and other tasks as assigned. It is important for the candidate to present themselves profesionally. Must have good customer service skills and attention to detail & organization. Must speak English. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Starting pay is $1,000.00 plus commissions. Please send resume. We will contact you for an interview.
