Our GEICO Local Office is hiring licensed Sales agents. Come join our growing Local Agency and sell for the #1 Property & Casualty insurer in New Jersey and New York. We have a great team of professionals in an environment that is positive, energetic and fast-paced. Our sales agents regularly meet and exceed sales goals by handling incoming phone leads, walk-in customers, and pursuing additional leads by phone. No cold calling. Don't wait! Come join our top-selling team quoting and selling automobile insurance, motorcycle, boat, umbrella, and more. Must be P&C; or Personal Lines licensed. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

• A property and casualty or personal lines insurance license is required.

Requirements

& Successful Traits:

• 1+ years sales experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual - Spanish/English
• Ability to build relationships and be persuasive; persistent and confident in closing sales.
• Strong desire to pursue sales opportunities (no cold calling).
• Skilled in solving challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ensure a high quality focus.
• Conduct policy reviews
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills. This is a local GEICO office run by an independent agent contracted to do business solely for GEICO. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
