Monday-Friday | Paid Training | High Commissions | Career Growth Opportunities Are you a motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented individual looking to build a rewarding career in sales? We're seeking ambitious professionals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives representing one of the nation's leading wireless providers, T-Mobile for Business. Although this is an entry-level position, we're looking for individuals who have previous sales experience and are eager to take their careers to the next level. What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Present T-Mobile wireless, internet, and mobile technology solutions.
• Educate customers on current products, services, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Generate new sales opportunities while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Represent the T-Mobile brand with professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and marketing and enjoy working in a performance-driven environment. Ideal candidates possess:
• Previous real sales experience (required) - b2b, d2d or retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Confidence speaking with new customers
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Coachability and a willingness to learn
• A desire to build a long-term career in sales and leadership Experience in retail sales, customer service, telecommunications, business development, hospitality, marketing, or door-to-door sales is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a must
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or turning 18 soon)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
