Sentry Firearms is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Firearms Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires a passion for firearms, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn and follow ATF regulations. You'll assist customers in selecting firearms and accessories, handle inventory management, and ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork. AI generated responses are not accepted.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with firearm and accessory purchases, providing expert advice.
• Process transactions while ensuring compliance with ATF regulations, including Form 4473.
• Maintain a working knowledge of firearms, optics, ammunition, and accessories.
• Upload inventory, track pricing, and manage stock levels in the back office.
• Keep up with current firearm trends and legal requirements.
• Help with firearm transfers and background checks.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and displays are well-maintained.

Requirements

:

• Strong knowledge of firearms, firearm safety, and industry trends.
• Ability to learn ATF regulations and complete Form 4473 properly.
• Sales experience preferred, especially in the firearms or outdoor industry.
• Comfortable working with inventory management and pricing updates.
• A firearm hobbyist or enthusiast is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour
