Job Description

Oso Pest Control is a fast-growing, family-owned pest control company serving South Orange County. We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. If you enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and want the opportunity to earn strong commissions, this is a great fit. Minimum 1 year of Door to Door sales experience required.

What You'll Do

• Knock doors in South Orange County neighborhoods
• Introduce Oso Pest Control services to homeowners
• Provide quotes and sign up new customers
• Track leads and follow up as needed
• Work closely with a supportive sales manager
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy

Compensation

• High commission structure + monthly bonuses
• Daily and weekly performance incentives Top performers earn $65,000 $95,000+ in a 16-week summer season What We're Looking For

• Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
