Overview

: Join our Steamboat Springs team as a Retail Sales Associate in a western themed environment where you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment, ready to help with projects as needed. Willingness to learn custom hat designing 18 y/o+ must become TIPS certified to serve from our bar Sewing skills appreciated but not necessary.

Duties

: - Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities Experience: - Strong customer service skills - Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently - Knowledge of basic math for processing payments -Able to be proactive and stay busy without needing to be micromanaged - Experience in clothing and jewelry sales is a plus - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, and have a knack for sales, we encourage you to apply for the Retail Sales Associate position with us.
