Job Summary

ProGreen Turf & Landscape is seeking a Landscape Sales Designer to join our growing team in Eastern North Carolina. This role combines landscape design, client consultation, and sales , focusing on high-end residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in landscaping, outdoor design, construction sales, or horticulture who is looking to grow their income and career.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate properties and understand project goals
• Design and present custom landscape plans (plantings, hardscapes, drainage, etc.)
• Prepare estimates and proposals using company systems (LMN or similar)
• Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful project execution
• Conduct site visits and follow-ups as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape design, landscaping, construction, or outside sales
• Strong knowledge of plants, grading, drainage, irrigation, or hardscapes
• Ability to read and create landscape designs (CAD experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships
• Valid driver's license
