What You'll Do

as an AT &T; Enrollment Specialist:

• Represent AT&T; with professionalism while promoting industry-leading products and services to new and existing customers
• Deliver personalized solutions by conducting engaging presentations and transparent pricing discussions
• Build long-term customer relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Address customer questions and concerns efficiently to drive sales satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Track performance and consistently work toward exceeding enrollment and sales goals
• Share insights and feedback with leadership to help refine AT&T; Enrollment Specialist team strategies and improve promotional offerings
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to remain competitive What We're Looking For in an AT &T; Enrollment Specialist:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role (preferred)
• Previous experience as an AT&T; Enrollment Specialist is a plus
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
