About the Role

: We're expanding! Pacific Play Inc. designs and builds commercial playgrounds throughout Southern California. We're looking for one Territory Development Manager to help expand our presence by building relationships with schools, parks, churches, HOAs and developers and turning those relationships into successful playground projects. You'll spend your time meeting people, visiting project sites, identifying new opportunities, presenting playground concepts to decision makers, and guiding customers from the first conversation to a completed project. Some meetings may include school boards or city councils What We Offer

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Southern California
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Comfortable presenting ideas to individuals and groups
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We hire for potential and provide the training needed to succeed.
