Sales & Marketing Support The Sales & Marketing Support role is primarily focused on marketing execution and brand support , while also assisting the sales team with CRM management and reporting. This position plays a key role in generating leads, developing marketing materials, supporting digital initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing foundation , is comfortable working with data and CRM systems, and understands how to support B2B sales in the manufacturing or retail packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Brand Support
• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, including product sheets, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and digital content
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, content coordination, and basic campaign tracking
• Create and maintain marketing collateral highlighting IPS' retail packaging and plastic merchandising solutions
• Help coordinate trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and promotional initiatives
• Track marketing-generated leads and measure campaign effectiveness using CRM data and reporting tools
• Maintain brand consistency across all sales and marketing materials
• Assist with competitive research and market analysis to support strategic growth CRM & Data Analytics
• Manage and maintain CRM system (Odoo preferred), ensuring accurate entry of lead and customer data
• Track and report on lead progress, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
• Generate reports to support data-driven marketing and sales decisions
• Identify trends and insights from data to improve marketing performance Sales Support
• Support preparation of RFQs, quotations, bids, and new program documentation
• Assist with product information, pricing coordination, and customer communications
• Review orders and customer requests to ensure accuracy and alignment with production timelines
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Accounting, and IT to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or B2B marketing (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Experience with CRM systems (Odoo strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and marketing content development
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including email campaigns and content marketing
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and report on marketing and sales data
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
