About the Role

: Sun-Air Supply Inc. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable HVAC Supply Inside Sales representative to join our team in Atlanta, GA! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your HVAC product expertise with your passion for customer service in a fast-paced, rewarding sales environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, assisting contractors and customers with HVAC product selection and orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
• Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide product recommendations on HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to meet customer needs
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
• Stay current on HVAC product lines, pricing, and industry trends to serve as a trusted resource for customers
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and order issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

:

• Prior experience in HVAC supply, wholesale distribution, or a related industry strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies
• Proven inside sales or customer service experience in a counter or phone-based environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting
• Proficiency with order management systems, point-of-sale software, or similar tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade education a plus
