What You'll Do

• Guide buyers through the entire home buying process from first visit through closing.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and local Realtors.
• Conduct model home tours and community presentations.
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM.
• Help buyers select the home that best fits their needs and budget.
• Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of successful sales experience preferred.
• New home sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, email, and Google Workspace.
• Available to work weekends and a flexible schedule..
