We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with potential customers online, managing leads through the sales pipeline, and utilizing effective negotiation skills to close deals. A successful Internet Sales representative will be adept at upselling and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various online platforms to generate leads and drive sales.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance online visibility and attract potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and management to ensure product availability.
• Demonstrate strong public speaking skills during virtual presentations or webinars to showcase products.
• Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Experience Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B or high-end sales environments. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
• Outside sales and outbound sales techniques.
• Customer service excellence with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with dealership operations or automobile sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
