Our Sales Managers are required to manage multiple salespeople, assist in marketing, close deals, and handle customer issues. You must have the desire to help customers and employees succeed. • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop lasting business relationships
• Grow and maintain a customer database
• Manage the inventory and lot presentation
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department

• Prior Buy Here Pay Here sales management experience
