What You'll Do

:

• Take inbound buyer calls
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Book appointments and write offers
• Track activity in Follow Up Boss Attend regular training and coaching
• Vreeland LaunchPad All new agents enter LaunchPad , our fast-track production program. You'll be paired with a top-producing mentor to:
• Co-pilot your first company deals
• Guide offers, negotiations, and closings Help you ramp quickly and confidently

Compensation

:

• As high as 50% commission paid on company-provided buyer leads 90% on all self-generated business
