Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping, mailing, and retail services
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Operate point-of-sale system and handle transactions
• Help customers choose shipping and packaging options
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Light packing and shipping work

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude
• Comfortable using computers and the internet
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Must be able to multitask and stay organized
• Must pass a criminal background check (required for TSA, Notary, and Fingerprinting certifications) Pay &
