Smoke District Las Vegas is hiring a Sales Associates to join our retail team. We are looking for someone friendly, reliable, and confident with customers. This role is sales-focused, so the right candidate must be comfortable talking to customers, recommending products, and helping drive daily sales goals. Knowledge of cigars is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person as long as they are motivated, professional, and able to sell.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide a great shopping experience Recommend cigars, accessories, and other store products based on customer needs Learn product details, pricing, and brand information to better assist customers Operate the POS system accurately, including cash, card, and other transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance Restock products, organize displays, and help with inventory as needed Check customer IDs and follow all 21+ tobacco sales laws and company policies Meet daily sales goals and help support overall store performance Communicate clearly with management regarding inventory, customer requests, and store needs Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred Cigar knowledge is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable selling and recommending products to customers POS/cashier experience is helpful Strong communication skills are required Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Must be able to work independently and stay productive during slower store hours Must be 21 years or older due to tobacco sales requirements We are looking for motivated team members who want to grow with Smoke District Las Vegas as we continue expanding.
