Compensation

Qualifications

:

• Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• At least 18 years of age
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least a year of previous retail sales associate experience or exceptional customer service experience preferred but not required.
• A background in wireless communications is preferred but not required.
• Tech savvy
• Born problem-solver!
• Retail Sales Associates must be okay working in an ever-changing fast paced industry.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical sales support
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile devices, accessories, and services
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of various mobile devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mobile devices
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
