About Us

Our goal is simple: Create content that helps businesses get more exposure, more customers, and more revenue. The Role We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to work directly with the founder to help grow our client base and build long- term business relationships. This role is focused on identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for both new business development and client relationship management. This is a growth-focused position for someone who wants to learn sales, business development, and client acquisition in a real-world creative agency environment.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and research high-potential businesses that align with our services
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
• Schedule meetings and introduce our marketing-focused content solutions
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into clients Sales & Partnerships
• Understand client business goals and marketing needs
• Present our services as growth solutions (not just content production)
• Support proposals, pricing discussions, and closing deals
• Build long-term partnerships with clients
• Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and communication throughout projects
• Encourage repeat collaborations and referrals
• Coordinate with internal production and content teams What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and proactive in outreach
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
• Ability to think critically and understand business value
• Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and business development
