Overview

We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Representatives to join our Metro by T-Mobile team. If you enjoy helping people, love technology, and want an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you. No corporate sales talkthis is about great customer experiences, hitting goals, and winning as a team.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming store experience
• Help customers with:
• Activations and upgrades
• Bill payments and account support
• Phones, plans, and accessories
• Recommend products and services that fit customer needs
• Hit individual and store sales goals
• Upsell accessories, protection, and add-on services
• Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
• Track sales and customer information using our POS system
• Work as part of a team and bring positive energy to the store What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or sales experience (retail preferred, not required)
• Comfortable talking to customers and making recommendations
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
