Insurance Advisor A locally based provider of personal and commercial insurance solutions is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Representative. This company offers a wide range of coverage options tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and businesses. With a focus on professional service and client support, the team is committed to helping customers find the right coverage at the right price. This full-time, on-site position works directly with clients to assess insurance needs, recommend customized coverage solutions, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle. The ideal candidate is relationship- driven, detail-oriented, and confident explaining coverage options while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. Wage: $50K to $75K, including commission Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions
• Explain policy details, coverage options, and risk management recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures
• Collaborate with team members to support client retention and agency growth

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Licensing in insurance or the ability to obtain it in a timely manner
• Relevant work experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting is a plus
• Strong knowledge in insurance, finance, and consulting practices
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
