• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to excellence
• Integrity, accountability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills; coachable and eager to learn
• Passion for helping others (H.O.P.E)
• Must reside in the Nashville area or plan to relocate within 2 months
• Life & Health/Accident Producer Licenses required before start (we provide guidance and reimbursement) Training Insurance
