What This Role Means As a Retail Sales Associate, you are part of the daily experience our customers have in the store. That means more than ringing a registerit means:

• Greeting people with genuine attention
• Helping customers find what they need (and sometimes what they didn't know they needed)
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Taking pride in the details that make a store worth coming back to You will report to the Store Manager and work closely with a team that values accountability, teamwork, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor with care and attention to detail
• Receive and process incoming shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, reach, and move merchandise throughout the store Preferred Experience
• Retail or customer service experience
• Merchandising experience
• Sales experience
• Barista or food service experience
• Inventory or purchasing experience
