Commercial Fleet Sales Manager Gallatin Ford | Gallatin, TN Potential Earnings: Up to $150,000+ per year Gallatin Ford is looking for an experienced, driven Commercial Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial and fleet sales business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and creating long-term partnerships with local companies, municipalities, and commercial customers. What You'll Do

• Develop and grow commercial and fleet sales throughout the Middle Tennessee market
• Prospect and build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and fleet customers
• Manage the entire commercial sales process from prospecting to delivery
• Work closely with Ford Pro and manufacturer fleet programs
• Create repeat business through exceptional customer service and follow-up What We Offer

• Automotive fleet/commercial sales experience preferred
• Outside B2B sales experience will also be considered
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
