National Account Executive We are recruiting for a National Account Executive at a growing food manufacturer. This role reports to the Head of Sales and owns assigned retail, distributor, and e-commerce accounts. You will build annual business plans, drive revenue and margin growth, and partner across operations, supply chain, and marketing to deliver for your accounts. This is an individual contributor role focused on growing existing business. What you'll do:

• Own and grow assigned retail, distributor, and e-commerce accounts
• Develop and execute annual business plans to hit volume, revenue, and margin targets
• Build relationships with key customer decision makers
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, placement, and category growth
• Partner with operations and supply chain on forecast accuracy and product availability
• Support new product launches and promotional programs with marketing
• Manage trade promotion spending and evaluate ROI
• Conduct customer business reviews and present results
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Own account forecasting and deliver sales, volume, and profit targets What you need:
• 3-5+ years of sales, account management, or business development in food manufacturing, CPG, or a related industry
• Experience developing and executing customer business plans
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Experience forecasting and managing account budgets and trade spending
• Strong analytical skills with sales data and market insights
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, management, supply chain, or related
• Willing to travel up to 25%, including nights and weekends
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule: Full time, onsite. Flexibility required. Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
