Duties

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to ensure an attractive shopping environment
• Support inventory management through stocking, labeling, and conducting stock checks using retail math principles
• Provide excellent customer service via phone communication and in-person interactions to address questions or concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor and outdoor areas to promote safety and aesthetic appeal
• Collaborate with team members to implement merchandising strategies that highlight seasonal products and promotions Experience
• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customers
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math enhances efficiency in daily tasks
• Experience in gardening or outdoor work environments demonstrates practical knowledge beneficial to the role
• Excellent organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store displays
