Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the store, understand their needs, and provide professional advice on flooring and cabinet products.
• Handle sales transactions, including quotations, contracts, and order processing.
• Maintain and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in daily store operations, product displays, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or above; previous sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement or building materials.
• Presentable appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service mindset.
• Outgoing personality, able to handle pressure, and work well in a team.
