Job Summary

Join our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and expertise will create an engaging shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their purchase journey, offering knowledgeable advice on products offered, other attractions in our company, and selective gift purchasing. Whether assisting with upselling, managing inventory, or operating POS systems, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty in a lively retail environment.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering expert advice on products
• Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences, demonstrating strong upselling
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and perform cashiering duties with attention to retail math and cash handling procedures
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves efficiently to ensure an attractive shopping environment
• Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and organizing supplies
• Communicate effectively with team members via phone or in person to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; inventory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a valuable asset
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
• Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities confidently and responsibly
• Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and inventory records efficiently
