As the exclusive bathroom remodeling partner for Lowe's in our market, we provide the leads you bring the talent, energy, and drive to close. This is a true in-home sales role. You will not be working the phones setting appointments or cold calling. You'll be face-to-face with qualified homeowners, consulting on design and selling our remodeling services. Our most successful Design Consultants consistently earn over $100,000 in commissions annually, with top performers exceeding $180,000. The Mission The Design Consultant's mission is to drive sales revenue by meeting with homeowners and securing contracts for bathroom remodeling projects while generating referrals and reviews that fuel our continued growth. Key Outcomes 1. Maintain a net close rate of 30% or above. 2. Follow the Re-Bath Sales System. 3. Become an expert on company product offerings. 4. Learn to measure and price accurately. 5. Participate in department and company meetings. 6. Ensure routine maintenance and cleanliness of the company-provided vehicle. 7. Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with our customers.
• Provide customers with an exceptional in-home experience educate, design, and accurately price bathroom remodeling services.
• Close sales and secure contracts.
• Generate customer referrals and reviews.

• Ability to pass a background and DMV check.
