In-Home Sales Consultant Warm Leads Provided Location: Tampa, FL

Compensation

: $60,000 $250,000+ per year (100% Commission, No Cap) Job Type: Full-Time | On the Road Are you a driven in-home sales professional who knows how to build trust, run the appointment, and close? Whether your background is home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, remodeling, security systems, or other in-home sales , we want to talk to you. We are a fast-growing outdoor living and landscape construction company looking for motivated closers who thrive on performance and unlimited income potential. You'll be running preset, confirmed warm appointments no cold calling and no door knocking.If you bring the work ethic and sales mindset, we'll train you on the product and process. Industry experience is a plus, but not required. The right attitude and drive matter most. What You'll Be Doing

• Run 23 preset in-home consultations per day
• Build rapport, uncover homeowner needs, and design solutions
• Present project options and confidently close deals in the home
• Follow up with prospects using our CRM system
• Represent a company known for quality, professionalism, and strong customer satisfaction
