About the Role

We are hiring an AT&T; Wireless Sales Associate to sell AT&T; wireless products and services through direct, in-person customer engagement. This is a full-time, W-2 position, compensated on a commission-only basis. Based on current team performance, associates typically earn $800$1,300 per week , depending on individual sales results. There is no guaranteed base salary pay is generated entirely through commission on completed sales. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple customer interactions at once, and a genuine drive to succeed in a sales- driven environment. Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential customers in person to sell AT&T; wireless products and services
• Present product features, pricing, and plans clearly to drive purchasing decisions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions
• Complete sales transactions accurately, including account setup and paperwork
• Track personal sales performance daily and work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training to improve close rates and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, or wireless preferred but not required training provided
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to stay driven without a guaranteed base wage
