Job Summary

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of advanced electronic and thermal management materials, is seeking a Sales and Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time inside sales and customer service position offering a comprehensive benefits package. The role supports key customer accounts through order processing, quotation preparation, sales follow-up, and ongoing customer service within a technical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service via phone and email
• Prepare accurate price quotations and process customer orders
• Support assigned sales territory and maintain customer accounts
• Follow up on sales opportunities, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with internal manufacturing and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Generate basic reports related to sales activity, quotations, and customer interactions
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business or a related field
• 35 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or inside sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with PC systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Fluency in English required Work Schedule
