hatWRKS is the premier hat shop in Nashville, featuring original works made in-house & leading brands from around the globe. We are looking for a dynamic & personable Full Time Sales Associate to join our team & help create a memorable customer experience for our clientele. The Role:

• Help our diverse clientele find the perfect hat ensuring fit, style and functionality
• Perform daily sales floor upkeep and operational expectations
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store
• Assist Management in all aspects of running a small business
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services Skills Needed:
• Strong desire to learn
• A positive and upbeat attitude
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a passion for the customer experience
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Tech Savviness
• Flexible & easily adaptable to the needs of the business
