We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our hotel leadership team. This individual will be responsible for generating revenue through new business development, account management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality sales, excels at building client relationships, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and local business accounts. Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive hotel revenue. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site tours. Negotiate contracts and manage group bookings from inquiry through execution. Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
