Position Summary

Sales Associate Apparel Surf, Apparel and Accessories The Ledge have an immediate opening for a Sales Associate for Surf, Apparel and Accessories. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate are to provide excellent and knowledgeable customer service, work with management and other associates to keep the store stocked, clean and organized, and processing sales transactions. Responsibilities

• Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable, and friendly service to our customers.
• Maintain awareness of our products, merchandise promotions and advertisements
• Become a brand expert for our products in order to elevate the customer experience
• Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures
• Other duties assigned by management Minimum

Requirements

• Must be able to work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Experience: previous experience in a retail/customer service environment preferred
• Basic computer skills
• A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills Physical

• Ability to stand/walk for an extended period of time
