• Sales, Retail & Customer Support Business Funding Sales Rep (In-Person, 1099) Hot Leads, High Standards Location: 1 Harmon Meadow Boulevard, Secaucus, NJ 07094 (In-Office Only) Schedule: MondayFriday, Full-Time Type: 1099 | Commission Only This is not a starter sales job. Redline Capital Inc. helps established business owners get working capital fast, without waiting months for a bank. We generate real-time, inbound leads from owners actively looking for funding and plug you into the systems, tech, and coaching so you can do what you do best: sell. If you're already the go-to salesperson or people person where you are (bartender, car sales, retail, other commission role) and you're capped on income or growth, this is your next level. If you've never held a full-time job, don't know what a1099 is, or think 10K months happen on 3 hours a day, do not apply.

What You'll Do

• Speak with business owners who requested info about funding
• Understand their situation and match them to the right capital option
• Run a high-volume day: calls, texts, follow-ups inside our CRM
• Own your pipeline: no one chases you to show up or make dials
• Move from Opener to Closer as you prove you can perform What We Provide

Compensation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Your income is directly tied to the effort, consistency, and execution you bring to the position.
