Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mobile devices and tablets, ensuring that all repairs meet our high-quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of operating systems, technical support, and equipment repair, as well as the ability to work with various hand tools and schematics. Further, the role will include assisting in retail battery sales, Key Fob Programming, Watch battery replacement.

Duties

• Diagnose issues with mobile devices, and related hardware
• Utilize system and methods for proper device intake
• Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
• Provide technical support to customers in a retail environment
• Analyze repair needs based on customer feedback and device performance
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction
• Watch Battery replacement
• Key Fob programming and automotive key cutting
• Car Battery installation and battery testing
• Sale of Batteries and bulbs
• Checkout customers and collect proper payment
• Open and Close tasks
• Keep store clean
• Available and flexible to work in Euless, Lake Worth and Fort Worth Skills
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices (Android & iOS)
• Experience using hand tools for equipment repair
• Excellent analysis skills to identify problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for electronic devices
• Experience in field service or retail sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills for providing technical support to customers
• Sales skills to upsell and explain the pros and cons of different batteries, bulbs
