Sales Manager Nissan of White Plains Nissan of White Plains is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team. If you're a true go-getter who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, generate business, and lead from the front, we want to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our General Sales Manager to help grow the dealership while building a long-term career within a successful organization.

What You'll Do

:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Actively work the phones to generate appointments, follow up on leads, and drive showroom traffic.
• Help develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Partner with the GSM to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership performance.
• Manage CRM activities and ensure timely follow-up with all prospects.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability and results. What We're Looking For:
• Previous automotive sales management experience preferred.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for growing the business.
• Comfortable making calls, following up with customers, and leading by example.
• Automotive finance experience is a major plus.
• Experience with Reynolds DMS , Reynolds CRM , and vAuto is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. What We Offer:
