What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site and in-home consultations with small business and residential clients
• Design, present, and sell alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control solutions
• Manage your pipeline from prospecting through close
• Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain detailed CRM documentation and accurate contract submissions
• Stay current on competitive offerings and industry trends What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of security, alarm, smart home, or related in-home sales experience
• Experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Experience designing, selling, and executing security solutions
• Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
• Professional presence with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Benefits

• Salary starting at $40,000 (_negotiable on experience_)
• + uncapped commission.
• Successful sales consultants typically earn $60,000 to $100,000 annually
