We offer the finest new and used pianos and expertly restored vintage Steinways from our elegant showrooms across the country. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Administrator for our White Plains, NY location 2 days per week and the ability to travel to our tri-state locations for coverage the other days. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, energetic, dependable, and adaptable, with the ability to handle all showroom administration and operational needs. This dynamic, fast-paced role requires versatility; you'll act as a customer service representative, receptionist, subcontractor coordinator, data entry specialist, delivery coordinator, and provide general showroom oversight. Your primary responsibilities will involve post-sale client support, including invoicing, scheduling deliveries, and payment collection. Additionally, you will manage a range of secondary tasks that vary daily. Candidates should have exceptional computer skills, outstanding communication abilities (both written and verbal), a strong attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively with both our team and our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer interactions, follow-ups, and showroom presentations to enhance the buying experience.
• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage showroom visitors, answer inquiries, and provide a welcoming and informative experience.
• Post-Sale Coordination: Handle invoicing, payment collection, and scheduling of deliveries to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Operational Oversight: Maintain showroom organization, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee general daily operations.
• Data & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory using internal systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, piano movers, and management to optimize showroom performance.

Who You Are

:

• You have a strong interest in sales and a desire to become more engrained in the sales field.
• You are a musician, with a fair amount of experience with piano and/or other instruments.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
• You have strong computer skills and can quickly learn new systems.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• The ability to play the piano is strongly preferred. This position is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, including weekends. Must be able to travel to the tri-state locations.
